Power U: United Labor Credit Union University By offering free financial education to our members, United Labor helps consumers make wise and educated decisions when it comes to budgeting, saving, investing, credit worthiness, buying a first home or auto, or even uncomfortable circumstances like addressing bankruptcy. Oftentimes, members are able to learn tips and techniques that keep more money in their pockets each month by attending a free Power U workshop.
Power U takes place an average of once per quarter in the Visions Building (Gladden Hall), 6320 Manchester Ave., in Kansas City, Mo. The free financial education event schedule for 2011 is as follows:
